2. Scope and purpose of the policy
The policy describes the rules of personal data processing in connection with using the website at realzeto.com (and possibly other domains operated by the Controller, e.g., realzeto.pl), including the use of the contact form and simple cookie mechanisms.
3. Sources and categories of data
We process data provided voluntarily in the contact form, in the content of e-mail messages, and technical data related to the use of the website (e.g., IP address, timestamps, browser information) to the extent necessary to provide the service electronically.
4. Purposes and legal bases of processing
- Contact and reply to inquiry — Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (legitimate interest consisting of communication with potential contractors), depending on the content of the inquiry.
- Keeping correspondence and documentation — Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (legitimate interest: archiving inquiries, defense of claims).
- Cookies necessary for the site to function — Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR and Article 173 of the Telecommunications Law, to the extent necessary for the service to function.
- Optional cookies upon consent — Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR (consent), if mechanisms requiring consent are implemented.
5. Data recipients
Data from the form is processed on the hosting server (OVH, including the PHP script sending the e-mail message) and transferred to the e-mail service on our domain. Data may be entrusted to entities processing it on our behalf (e.g., hosting provider), exclusively to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose and on the basis of data processing agreements, if applicable.
6. Retention period
We store form and correspondence data for the time needed to provide an answer, and then for the period of limitation of claims or required by tax and accounting law provisions — depending on which period is longer, if this applies to data legally required for archiving.
7. Rights of data subjects
You have, among others, the right to access data, rectify, delete or limit processing, object to processing based on a legitimate interest, data portability (in cases provided for by law), and withdraw consent at any time (if processing is based on consent), without affecting the lawfulness of processing before its withdrawal.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
8. Cookies
The service may use cookies necessary for the site to function. After clicking "I accept" in the cookie banner, a simple preference identifier may be saved in the browser memory (localStorage) to not display the message repeatedly.
You can manage cookies in your browser settings.
9. Outside the European Economic Area
If we use tools (e.g., hosting or a form) located outside the EEA, data may be transferred in compliance with the rules arising from the GDPR, including standard contractual clauses or other mechanisms approved by the European Commission — in accordance with the actual configuration of service providers.
10. Policy changes
We reserve the right to update this policy. We may inform you about significant changes on the website's home page.
